TREC committees weigh transaction-coordinator disclosure and a three-year limit on qualifying education

Two Texas Real Estate Commission advisory committees met in October. One discussed a consumer disclosure when a transaction coordinator is used; the other told staff to draft a rule limiting how old qualifying education can be. No rule has been proposed.
